Bosch Projects are proud of the work they have done at the Mount Edgecombe retirement village phase 1 which provide up to 116 sectional title retirement homes in a secure gated estate in Durban, South Africa. The homes are supported by a R120 million community and health care center.

The team  were responsible for:

—  Construction monitoring for the civils infrastructure as well as the structural and mechanical engineering components for the buildings.
—  Planning and preliminary design.
—  Engineering design.
—  Cost estimating.
—  Procurement and contract administration.

Phase 1A and 1B are now complete and the team are currently working on phase 3 which consists of fifteen 1200 sqm, single opportunity, serviced residential plots. These will form part of the greater Kindlewood estate.
