After a period of two years, the CESA Infrastructure Indaba was finally a live event and took place at the Indaba Hotel and Conference Centre, in Johannesburg.  Celebrations were amplified as this year’s Indaba coincided with the 70^th anniversary of the establishment of Consulting Engineers of South Africa as an organisation.

The overall theme of the conference was “Engineering the Future Now”, and this incorporated other aspects such as transformation, energy infrastructure, procurement,  infrastructure investment, technology, and water security.  Our Bosch Projects representatives were Sandisile Makhubo and Uzair Osman who facilitated the water security session as the CESA YPF deputy chairperson.  Various organisations in the infrastructure industry attended the event and the exchange of information and perspectives between young and senior individuals in the industry was very prominent.
