Services Provided:

• Design, fabricate and deliver one 32m2 rotary ash screen complete with: Screened fluid trough;
• Wedge wire rotating screen;
• Supporting shaft (clad in 3CR12);
• Spherical roller bearings;
• Tangential inlet distribution nozzle;
• Spray manifold and spray nozzles for online cleaning of the rotary screen;
• Trough support frame;
• SEW shaft-mounted gearbox, motor & torque arm; and
• One full spare rotary screen drum (i.e. includes the spare inlet section).

Project Scope: Design, fabricate and deliver one 32m2 rotary ash screen.

Features:

• Compared to static screening, the unit is extremely efficient with minimal bypassing or recirculation of liquids.
• The unit is compact and thus suitable for shipping overseas.
• The simple design of the unit provides up to 40% savings on capital costs. The screen has less moving parts than other rotary screens and therefore has a higher drive efficiency and absorbs less power.
• The simple design allows for easy and cost effective maintenance. Simple installation.
• Rust resistance materials of construction. 1mm aperture size.
• WEG motor mounted to a SEW shaft-mounted planetary gearbox with a shrink disc coupling and torque arm.
• Screen cylinder shaft – carbon steel clad with 3CR12 plate to eliminate any corrosion or abrasion.
