Project Description: Brettenwood Coastal Estate is a 100ha greenfields development providing approximately 600 upmarket residential opportunities in a secure gated environment. Bosch Projects was responsible for designing all engineering services for the entire development, as well as obtaining approvals of the designs from all the services authorities. Negotiating appropriate services agreements and handing over the completed infrastructure to the appropriate service provider was also undertaken by Bosch Projects. Procurement, construction monitoring and contract administration was undertaken in phases as dictated by sales. Features: The following engineering services were undertaken by Bosch Projects:

• Connection to the bulk water supply, including bulk distribution mains
• Bulk outfall sewer mains, pumpstations, and rising mains
• Electrical MV connections, including substation
• Provincial road intersection upgrade and entrance designs
• Stormwater planning, including attenuation facilities and dams
• Bridge crossings
• Internal roads, earthworks, stormwater, water, and sanitation
• Electricity and streetlighting
