Project Scope:

Bosch Projects were awarded the engineering and management contract for the new 40 000 ton Raw Sugar Store at Komati Sugar Mill in March 2000 for a fast track completion by September 2000. The main construction contract was awarded in mid-May, earthworks commenced in mid-June and mechanical site establishment in mid-July 2000. This resulted in an extremely tight installation program that was successfully completed and commissioned on schedule and within budget. The program is considered to be an industry record for the amount of work completed over the duration.
