Project Scope:

The project entails the development of an upmarket lifestyle estate on the foothills of Somerset West, overlooking the False Bay coast line and Table Mountain. The development includes 100 single residential units, 113 luxury apartments and a private club house.

Features:

Bosch Projects (Pty) Ltd is responsible for all engineering services, including the following:

• Full scope of consulting engineering services inclusive of designs, contract documents, contract management, cost estimates and construction
• Civil Engineering services for earth platforms, roads and municipal services;
• Greywater management and recycling for the full development;
• Structural designs for all single residential units, apartment blocks, clubhouse and retaining walls;
• Electrical building services, inclusive of reticulation, lighting and small power;
• Solar hot water systems for each house using hybrid geysers.
• Common hot water systems for apartments using heat pump technology.
