With an impressive capacity of 175 m³, this unit is not only significant in scale but also in the impact it will have on sugar production capacity for our client. Continuous Vacuum Pans play a crucial role in the sugar manufacturing process, enabling consistent and controlled crystallisation. Designing a unit of this magnitude required precision engineering, fabrication expertise, and close collaboration across multiple teams.

After completing its construction/fabrication and undergoing rigorous quality checks, we are incredibly proud to see this engineering giant reach its destination—our client’s mill in eSwatini. Its arrival marks a major milestone in a long and carefully coordinated logistics journey.
